DESCRIPTION -

 
The role will be focused on driving the achievement of the Linac business line budget for Korea business cluster inclusive of direct and indirect markets.
The role plays a key customer facing function through direct sales, supporting sales managers, marketing managers and channel partners / distributors by providing expert technical & clinical sales support to drive project advancement and management of competitive information and handle projects / product related issues in the Korea BU.
Working in close collaboration with the sales managers, regional marketing team / business line management and local business partners to achieve the order budgets for the Linac business line for the cluster.
The role will also be the voice-of-sales for the Korea region for the Linac business line and will act as a conduit to align objectives, strategies and deployment of in and outbound / analog & digital campaigns that will help drive awareness, funnel development, branding, customer satisfaction and business growth for both installed base business and new customer acquisition for the Linac BL and other emerging businesses like software and MR Linac for the Korea cluster.
The role will also be in charge of driving sales enablement activities through sales training, development and deployment of sales tools as well as developing customer solutions that improve customer net promoter scoer and aids sales in winning new business.

The role will also be in charge of supporting customer development and customer success initiatives by driving activities such as reference site and KOL and other customer development activities as required.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES -

 
·Identify sales opportunities from existing customer IB and acquisition of new sites in close collaboration with the local sales teams and the local business partners / distributors
·Implement given actions to achieve the sales goals defined by the commercial lead of each project
·Support the sales team with in-depth product expertise for the Linac portfolio including competitive solutions for the market
·Take an active role in Linac projects, answering questions, tenders and providing expert support such as product demos and expert presentations to local sales team and channel partners whenever needed
·Consult and provide solutions how to best create demand and suitable delivery pathways to advance Linac opportunities and keep customer sites up-to-date with upgrades and up-selling
·Develop, implement and track local and regional sales and marketing plans for Linac portfolio by driving specific programs & campaigns and respectively supporting country-specific sales activities and programs
·Develop sales tools and provide expert product and sales training to the account managers and channel partners
·Provide input regarding regional product and requirements for Linac portfolio
·Provide input regarding regional promotional requirements for the Linac portfolio
·Attend and represent Elekta at conferences, symposiums, shows and other events as required
·The position requires extensive travel with more than 50% of time
·Represent the cluster / region in global business line meetings and activities as required
