we are happy to announce that the registration is now open of the next beginners course, with the last day emphasis given to medical applications.

It will take place at Shanghai Proton and Heavy-Ion Center (SPHIC), China, on Nov 21-25, 2016.

The course will help professionals working in the Monte Carlo radiation transport fields to understand the various functions and attributes of the code. This is a beginners course, with the last day emphasis given to medical applications. The event is organized with the support of Shanghai Proton and Heavy-Ion Center (SPHIC*), in particular of Drs. Please note that your place is confirmed only on the reception of the fee payment and before the Sunday Sep 11 2016.

After that date, if any of the accepted registrations will turn out not to be finalized yet by the fee payment, people from the waiting list will be allowed to proceed in turn through the fee payment and validate their application.

Please note that the capacity of the room is limited to 30 participants.

The course is user laptop based (only 5 laptops will be available to participants) all other participants are requested to bring their laptop with a working installation of the FLUKA/flair codes.
